Last updated: July 14, 2026

Welcome to WebLab Group. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, software products, APIs, digital services, professional services, educational resources, advertising content, and related services. By accessing or using any WebLab Group products or services, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, downloading, purchasing, registering for, or using any WebLab Group products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products and Services

WebLab Group develops and provides software products, business tools, APIs, digital services, educational materials, research content, technical documentation, professional services, consulting services, advertising opportunities, and related resources for businesses and professionals worldwide.

Products and services may include both commercial and free offerings and may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Specific terms, prices, deliverables, timelines, support conditions, and usage limits may be stated on a product page, service page, quotation, invoice, order form, license agreement, or separate written agreement.

Software Licenses

Unless otherwise stated, software products are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the software according to the applicable license terms.

You may not:

  • Resell or sublicense software licenses without authorization.
  • Distribute license keys publicly.
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with license verification systems.
  • Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit software without permission.
  • Use the software in violation of applicable laws.

Free Software and Educational Resources

WebLab Group may provide free software, utilities, APIs, educational materials, documentation, tutorials, research content, templates, and other digital resources.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, free products and resources are provided without warranties, guarantees, support obligations, or service-level commitments.

WebLab Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any free products or resources at any time without notice.

Redistribution, resale, repackaging, or commercial exploitation of free materials is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the applicable license or by written authorization.

Experimental and Beta Products

WebLab Group may provide beta, preview, experimental, prototype, testing, or research products and services. Such products may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, performance limitations, security weaknesses, or unexpected behavior.

Experimental products are provided strictly on an "as is" basis and may be modified, restricted, reset, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

WebLab Group shall not be liable for damages, losses, interruptions, or data loss resulting from the use of experimental or beta products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Professional Services

WebLab Group may provide professional services including, but not limited to: technical consulting, software development, system integration, automation, infrastructure configuration, technical support, maintenance, optimization, migration, troubleshooting, monitoring, auditing, and related business services.

The scope, price, timeline, deliverables, revision limits, support conditions, and responsibilities of each party may be defined in a quotation, invoice, service package, statement of work, order form, or separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, professional services are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. WebLab Group does not guarantee a specific technical, commercial, financial, ranking, performance, security, or business result.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional payment, a revised quotation, and an adjusted completion date.

Server and Website Services

WebLab Group may provide server administration, server maintenance, website administration, website maintenance, hosting configuration, software installation, updates, security configuration, monitoring, migration, backup configuration, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and related infrastructure services.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing lawful and authorized access to servers, websites, accounts, and systems.
  • Maintaining independent and current backups unless backup services are explicitly included.
  • Providing accurate technical information and timely responses.
  • Maintaining valid licenses for third-party software, plugins, themes, and services.
  • Protecting login credentials and changing temporary credentials after work is completed.

Server and website work may involve temporary downtime, compatibility problems, failed updates, third-party outages, data corruption, security incidents, or unexpected system behavior.

WebLab Group is not responsible for failures caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, cloud services, internet providers, third-party software, customer modifications, pre-existing malware, unauthorized access, stolen credentials, unsupported systems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Security and maintenance services may reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a server, website, application, or account will never be attacked, compromised, infected, misconfigured, or become unavailable.

Design and Creative Services

WebLab Group may provide design and creative services including, but not limited to: logo design, brand materials, website design, user-interface design, advertising graphics, banners, illustrations, layouts, templates, social-media materials, and other visual content.

The number of concepts, revisions, file formats, source files, and permitted uses will be determined by the selected service package or separate written agreement.

Additional concepts, revisions, formats, or work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all text, images, trademarks, fonts, files, and other materials supplied to WebLab Group may lawfully be used.

Third-party fonts, stock images, templates, plugins, and other licensed assets may be subject to separate license terms and additional fees.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership or usage rights in final paid deliverables are transferred only after full payment. Unused concepts, drafts, reusable components, methods, templates, and pre-existing materials remain the property of WebLab Group or their respective licensors.

Advertising and Sponsored Content

WebLab Group may display or publish advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links, partner offers, promotional materials, and references to third-party products, websites, or services.

Advertising or sponsored content may be identified using labels such as: "Advertisement," "Sponsored," "Partner," "Promoted," or "Affiliate."

The presence of an advertisement, sponsored placement, affiliate link, or third-party reference does not automatically constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee by WebLab Group.

Advertisers and third-party partners are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, claims, content, landing pages, products, and services associated with their advertisements.

WebLab Group is not responsible for purchases, losses, damages, disputes, privacy practices, terms, availability, or actions of advertisers or other third-party providers.

WebLab Group may reject, suspend, modify, label, or remove advertisements that violate applicable laws, these Terms, third-party rights, or our internal advertising requirements.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, WebLab Group does not guarantee advertising impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, leads, revenue, rankings, or other campaign results.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, the applicable service terms, and mandatory applicable law.

Due to the nature of digital products, software licenses, downloadable content, API credits, subscriptions, completed consultations, custom services, design work, and reserved service capacity may be non-refundable once delivered, activated, accessed, used, approved, or started, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Third-party expenses, hosting charges, domain fees, advertising costs, licensed assets, and other external costs paid on behalf of a customer may be non-refundable.

  • Use our products or services for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or services.
  • Reverse engineer or modify software except where permitted by law.
  • Disrupt or interfere with our infrastructure or security systems.

  • Use our products to violate privacy, data-protection, or intellectual-property laws.
  • Provide false information or falsely claim authorization to access a system.
  • Bypass payment, license, authentication, rate-limit, or security controls.
  • Violate intellectual property rights belonging to WebLab Group or third parties.

Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, source code, documentation, content, educational materials, graphics, designs, templates, tools, and other intellectual property provided by WebLab Group remain the exclusive property of WebLab Group or its licensors, unless otherwise stated in writing.

No ownership rights are transferred to users unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The WebLab Group name, logo, and branding may not be used in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers, including payment processors, analytics providers, authentication providers, hosting companies, cloud infrastructure services, domain registrars, advertising partners, social networks, plugins, software providers, and other external platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, fees, availability, and technical requirements.

WebLab Group is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, pricing, policies, failures, or actions of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebLab Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, website traffic, search rankings, advertising performance, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebLab Group's total liability for any claim relating to a paid product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer

All products, software, APIs, educational materials, documentation, professional services, designs, advertisements, free resources, and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

WebLab Group does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, error-free operation, security, accuracy, profitability, advertising performance, search-engine rankings, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to Terms

WebLab Group reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service, where legally permitted.

Termination

WebLab Group reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any products or services if these Terms of Service are violated or if misuse, fraudulent activity, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, or abuse is detected.

Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred or affect provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and third-party obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations governing the operations of WebLab Group, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
