End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your installation and use of software provided under the WebLab Group brand.
By downloading, installing, activating, or using the software, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
1. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement and any product-specific terms, WebLab Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the software for its intended purpose.
The license may be limited by the purchased plan, including the number of users, devices, servers, domains, installations, activations, subscription period, or permitted type of use.
2. License Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. WebLab Group and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, source code, documentation, trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property.
Purchasing or receiving a license does not transfer ownership of the software or its source code to you.
3. License Keys and Activation
The software may require online activation or periodic license validation. Activation may process the license identifier, product version, IP address, and a device, server, domain, or installation identifier.
You must protect your license key and must not publish, share, sell, rent, or transfer it unless expressly authorized.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy or distribute the software except as expressly permitted.
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the software.
- Bypass or interfere with activation, licensing, or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
- Use the software for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes.
- Use one license on more devices, users, servers, or domains than permitted.
5. Free Software
Free software remains subject to this Agreement unless a separate license is included with the product.
Free software may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time and is provided without guaranteed updates, maintenance, support, or continued availability.
6. Beta and Experimental Software
Beta, preview, test, prototype, and experimental software may contain errors, incomplete features, security weaknesses, or unexpected behavior.
Such software should not be used for critical or production systems unless expressly stated otherwise. It may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.
7. Updates and Compatibility
WebLab Group may provide updates, corrections, or new versions, but does not guarantee that updates will always be available or compatible with every device, operating system, or third-party service.
Access to updates may depend on an active subscription, maintenance period, or applicable license plan.
8. Third-Party Components
The software may contain third-party or open-source components governed by separate license terms. Where those terms conflict with this Agreement, the applicable third-party license controls for that component.
9. Privacy and Technical Data
Information related to activation, licensing, diagnostics, security, and product usage is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
WebLab Group does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, compatibility, profitability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebLab Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit, revenue, or business opportunity.
WebLab Group's total liability relating to paid software will not exceed the amount paid for the affected license.
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
12. Termination
This license remains effective until it expires or is terminated. WebLab Group may suspend or terminate it if you materially violate this Agreement, misuse the software, commit fraud, or fail to make a required payment.
After termination, you must stop using the software, remove installed copies, and cease using the related license key.
